I booked a flight from Cape Town to Johannesburg during the month of March 2024. I was very impressed with the service I received from Travel Arkadia, the consultant, Kauthar was very professional, efficient and friendly. She provided various options to suite my budget. I will highly recommend this company to make your travel experience memorable

I just want to express my sincere gratitude to Travel Arkadia for the booking of a wonderful get-away holiday at Avalon Spring resort. My family and I had a 4-night mid- week break all arranged by Aysha 😊 Everything was arranged prior to our arrival, check in was hassle free, parking was arranged, and the self- catering apartment unit was fully furnished and big enough for my family of 6. The resort was amazing and speaks for itself, surrounded by futuristic scenery of mountains, and streams which we experience while hiking. The warm water pools made our stay more enjoyable as it is open 24/7. The hotel staff was very friendly and as welcoming the management of the Avalon Springs arranged a meet and greet with the guest to get meaningful feedback on their experience at the resort. Everyday activities were arranged which guest could join, even for the kids the was something activities arranged.
